We aim to offer the very best customer experience at every stage therefore we will never knowingly do anything or allow any action which will prove anything less than satisfactory.

No payment details are recorded or stored by The Atlantic Vineyard and any payments received are done so using a 100% secure and purchase safe system.

Privacy
In order to protect your right to privacy, we promise to never sell, distribute or lease your information to any third party. We may simply use the information you have provided to send you information which we think may be of interest to you. This includes updates, news and information regarding The Atlantic Vineyard, as well as special offers and deals.

 

You may unsubscribe at any time, simply by unsubscribing from any email you receive or by contacting us at hello@theatlanticvineyard.co.uk

We adhere to all UK regulations including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679)

 

Products

All items are subject to availability. If in the event that a product has been purchased through the website, which is actually unavailable you will be informed as soon as possible. You will be offered a full refund for that item or given the option to wait for that product or a similar product to become available. If replaced with an item with a higher value the remaining balance must still be paid in full.

The Atlantic Vineyard reserves the right to adjust the prices of its products without warning.

 

Payments
We retrieve payment using Stripe + Paypal. We, therefore, accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB and more. Once payment has been taken the products(s) will be dispatched. If you change your mind, please make us aware before dispatch has taken place. Once dispatched this cannot be changed.

 

Delivery
We use a courier to dispatch our products to you and this cost will be paid at checkout. Breakable items such as the glass bottles will be packaged using protective packaging during transit. Smaller items will be delivered via Royal Mail. Delivery periods may vary depending on destination as well as external factors such as courier issues or adverse weather conditions.

In this event, The Atlantic Vineyard will endeavour to speed the delivery up as much as possible.

 

Please note that although every effort will be made to ensure the safe delivery of your orders, The Atlantic Vineyard will not be held liable for damaged items once with the courier.

On delivery by the courier, we recommend checking your parcel(s) thoroughly before signing for it. Any issues with your order must be reported to The Atlantic Vineyard within 7 days.

 

Returns
If you are not happy with the product(s) you have received, please notify The Atlantic Vineyard within 7 days by emailing hello@theatlanticvineyard.co.uk. Any issues with the products themselves will be resolved as soon as possible. Where a refund is applicable, this will be made as soon as returned products are received by courier. We can accept no responsibility for delivery issues, as the responsibility sits with the courier.

Age Restrictions
By purchasing alcoholic products through www.theatlanticvineyard.co.uk you are confirming that you are 18+ years of age. Please ensure that there will be someone 18+ years old available to sign upon delivery.

 

Tours and Special Events
If you have booked and paid for a tour, tasting or entry to an event which is later cancelled by The Atlantic Vineyard, you will be offered a full refund or given the option to rearrange where possible. (Subject to availability). Failure to attend a tour, tasting or event by your own choice will not receive a refund. If you need to rearrange a tour or tasting, please get in touch 48 hours prior to your tour and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.

Each Tour Voucher will clearly state an expiry date. Please bring along your ‘order confirmation’ or voucher if bought online as proof of purchase.

 

Please note when purchasing a Tour and Tasting that The Atlantic Vineyard is situated on a hillside which can be relatively steep in places. Wheelchair access is limited due to the terrain and can be made more difficult in periods of bad weather.

 

If you have limited mobility, please phone ahead before booking and we will endeavour to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. Visitors are advised to bring appropriate footwear and clothing, such as walking boots and a coat. The Atlantic Vineyard will not accept responsibility for any damages or injuries as a result of inappropriate clothing or footwear.

Unless we clearly give permission on this website or on paper, absolutely no part of this site and it’s original content may be copied, republished, or broadcast in any way. This includes any information, photographs, images, logos and it’s functionality.
